    Appointments before 9am or after 5pm are an additional $50, per request. There are (2) 6pm appointments available per week with no additional fee.

    The calendar is available for booking one month at a time. Opening on the 25th of each month at 5pm.

Wig Requirements

In order to ensure QUALITY and CONSISTENCY we kindly request that you ONLY purchase wigs from Nicole Marie’s approved wig list or from the Nicole Marie Hair Collection. Nicole Marie WILL NOT work with any wig vendors that is NOT on her list without prior approval.

Wig Essentials

  • Deposits/Payments

    To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of $42 is REQUIRED with $40 being deducted from the final payment and $2 allocated towards processing fees to secure your appointment. All final payments are CASH ONLY.

  • Time Management

    Clients will have a 10 minute grace period for arrival to be IN MY SUITE. Clients who arrive after 10 minutes late will be charged $100 minus the deposit & be canceled. If Nicole Marie can accommodate you after the 10-minute grace period outlined in the schedule, there will be an additional charge of $15 for every up to 5 minutes beyond the allotted time.

  • Cancellation

    You may cancel or reschedule your appointment through your booking confirmation email at least 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment. A 50% fee of the service WILL be applied for no-show appointment, within 24 hour cancellations and same day cancellations do to being late to your appointment.

Appointment preparation

Appointment Prep

Please remember to put the correct number and email when booking to receive all information on your appointment. If anything changes it is YOUR responsibility to let Nicole Marie know so it can be updated.

If you did not book a wash your hair must be cleaned, detangles and fully blown our ready for a braid down.

If you'd like to come braided, you can (minimum 10 braids).

Wig Drop Offs/Shipping

We would like to inform you that wig drop off days are limited to WEDNESDAYS and THURSDAYS BEFORE your appointment 10am-4pm.

Example: If your appointment is on a Tuesday or Wednesday your wig must be dropped off the Thursday before that date.

This policy applies UNLESS:

  • You have purchased a wig from Nicole Marie Collection
  • Your wig is shipped & delivered to our PO Box (please text for PO Box address) 2-5 days BEFORE your appointment
  • If you have selected same day customization when booking (add on).

IF YOUR WIG IS NOT DROPPED OFF (NO SAME DAY SERVICE) OR PROOF OF YOUR WIG 2 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT (SAME DAY SERVICE) YOUR APPOUNTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.

Add Ons

To achieve your desired style, please be sure to select the appropriate add-ons for styling when booking. Without these add-ons, you may not receive the style you want, unless there is extra time available in the schedule. Additionally, if you've booked without selecting your desired style, please note that changes cannot be made after the appointment is booked.

Example: If you would like a wig install with curls you would book "Wig install" with a add on of "Body Curls" before selecting the date.

Styling

Baby hair: Nicole Marie specializes in natural /light baby hair and/or custom natural hairline styles with no baby hair to ensure a seamless, natural install.

Styling: Nicole Marie specializes in "soft" hairstyles, which emphasize a gentle and natural look. If you're unsure about what constitutes a soft hairstyle or have a specific style in mind, please feel free to reach out to me for clarification before booking.
